About Us

At 108 St. Johns Church Rd, the West Shore Elks Lodge #2257 has built something that most organizations only talk about: a place where strangers become friends before the night is over. Ask anyone who has walked through those doors for the first time, and they will tell you the same thing, someone smiled, someone offered a seat, and someone like Nicki behind the bar made sure they felt like a regular.

The Lodge hosts Bingo nights, community gatherings, and one of the most sought-after event spaces on the West Shore. Couples have trusted the Elks Pavilion for their wedding receptions, with staff like Lola coordinating every detail across months of planning so that the day itself is seamless. RV travelers passing through have even parked on-site, joined a Bingo game, and left with new friends. That range is rare.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 across 172 reviews, this is not a lodge coasting on tradition. It earns its reputation every week through the people who run it and the members who fill its halls.

What We Offer

The Lodge delivers far more than a bar and a meeting room. The Elks Pavilion is a full-scale event venue available for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, milestone celebrations, and corporate gatherings. The team handles coordination with the kind of responsiveness that event planners dream about, quick replies, clear answers, and genuine investment in making your event land exactly right.

Beyond private events, the Lodge runs a regular Bingo program, a welcoming bar with great food and drinks, and reciprocal member privileges for traveling Elks from other lodges across the country. RV parking on-site makes it a natural stop for members on the road. Community fundraisers and charitable initiatives run throughout the year, keeping the Lodge connected to the families and neighborhoods of Camp Hill and the greater West Shore area.

"We had the BEST experience holding our wedding reception at the Elks Pavilion. Lola was so helpful the entire year leading up to the event. She always got back to us quickly and provided us with everything we needed for our day. During the event, Lola and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They monitored the buffet so it never ran out of food, kept the bar line moving quickly, and did the bulk of setup and tear down so we could relax and enjoy. The Elks Club was extremely flexible, allowing us to bring in the food, decorations, and lawn games we wanted. They provided our main meal and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food. The pavilion has a ton of ceiling fans, allowing us to be outside even in the July heat. This was a perfect place to hold a beautiful, fun, and affordable reception. The day was everything we hoped for and more."

"Good bands. But, most of the attendees are old men who can't dance but can hold you disrespectfully tight, and not all of them respected my arm pushing them away."

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
